WEJI — Global Logistics & Curated Fulfillment

We curate. We do not warehouse. Every WEJI piece is produced or sourced through a vetted network of ateliers and specialist partners across Europe, Asia and the Gulf — selected for craft, not proximity. This is what allows us to offer objects of uncommon quality at considered prices — and it is why our logistics are best understood not as warehouse shipping, but as a Curated Global Fulfillment Operation: each order is individually routed, quality-checked, and dispatched from the closest suitable partner facility to you.

Processing. Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. WEJI Atelier pieces are made to order — please allow 3–5 business days before dispatch as each piece is produced for you.

Delivery. Typical delivery is 6–12 business days depending on destination and partner routing. You will receive full tracking as soon as your piece leaves the atelier.

Tracking. Every order ships with end-to-end tracking, shared by email and available in your account.

Duties & taxes. Where applicable, duties and import taxes are shown transparently at checkout or settled by WEJI on your behalf — no surprise fees at your door.

Packaging. A discreet, unbranded outer protects a signature inner presentation — designed to travel safely and arrive beautifully.

Inspection. Each piece is inspected and photographed before dispatch. In the rare event of transit damage, our concierge resolves it promptly and without friction.
